We will evaluate your situation and determine the eligibility for a refund on a case-by-case basis within 72 working hours

Refundable Situations:
- Duplicate Payments: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same service, Perfectail.com will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge.
- Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your premium listing subscription at any time. If you cancel within the first 24 hours of subscribing, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund, but service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- Technical Issues: If you encounter technical difficulties preventing you from accessing your premium listing after purchase, Perfectail.com will investigate the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund may be granted.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Refunds will not be granted for accidental purchases or misunderstandings of service features.
- Perfectail.com is not responsible for the quality of services offered by businesses listed on our platform. Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with a pet business service.
